Mindful Movement Yoga

Mindful Movement is a yoga class that incorporates elements of tai chi and qigong to aid in reducing stress and improving overall health and well-being. Women's Circle
A free gathering for women to share, connect and support each other. We will practice this ancient tradition in a safe and non-judgmental space. Hosted by Bruna Rugg.

Meditation
Instruction and guidance will be offered, with space and silence to follow your own practice if you prefer.
Our host Caitlin Lambstrom has been practicing meditation for almost two decades. Before entering motherhood, she assisted Buddhist teacher Michael Stone in retreats and workshops throughout the US, Canada and Europe. She currently resides in Charlestown, RI.

Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement is our semi-regular yoga class. Occasionally, it will be accompanied by a live meditative music performance. $15 suggested donation, cash only please. Drop-ins welcome. Please bring your own mat.

“Soft Opening” Party
Come help us celebrate the opening of Dawnlands with a party to kick off our first exhibition, a mixed-media group show featuring 13 artists who we admire and who also happen to call the Westerly area their home. Complimentary wine and beer will be served. Live sets by Bent Light and Mead Savage.
