Mindful Movement is our semi-regular Wednesday yoga class. Occasionally, it will be accompanied by a live meditative music performance. $15 suggested donation. Cash preferred. Drop-ins welcome. Hosted by Deb Morgan.
This class incorporates elements of tai chi and qigong to aid in reducing stress and improving overall health and well-being. We will focus on harmonizing the body, mind and spirit using yoga, meditation and breath, along with mindful movement. Please bring your own mat.
